Video of the Yang Tai Chi (long form)

This is a rather younger me doing the long form. The video was originally filmed in Plymouth in 1989 by a cameraman from the BBC who was interested in Tai Chi.

The quality of the video was never very good as I only had a VHS copy. Still, here it is if you're interested. (Music track from me, it's called Amethyst)
